If you cannot find your voucher in the inbox of the email address you have entered, kindly try checking your spam/junk folder first.
You may also download your voucher through the website. Just open the "My Orders" page in the store by clicking the icon found in the upper right part of the page.
After opening the page, you should see a "My Vouchers" tab on the left side of the page. Here you will see all the vouchers for your ordered items.
