We guarantee that the branded products you receive are authentic.  We make it a point to source only from legitimate sellers who are authorized distributors, resellers, or manufacturers themselves.  

In the event that you have concerns regarding your product’s authenticity, we will follow these principles:

  1. The product you receive should match the brand that was stated in the Product Display Page before you checked out the item.

  2. This authenticity guarantee is covered by our current Return & Refund Policy, under “Not as Advertised”.  You can find our Return & Refund Policy here.

  3. Customers have 7 days from receipt of product to contact STORM through your dedicated support email [companyname]@storm.tech.  Please provide pictures and reasons why you think the product you received is not authentic.

  4. STORM will guarantee authenticity with the following:

    • For electronics and appliances: warranty cards / warranty coverage included when the product is delivered

    • For other categories: Certificate of Authenticity from our sellers to determine their source (such as with distributors, retailers or directly from manufacturers).  If you wish to view the Certificate of Authenticity for certain brands/products, you can view them here.



  5. If STORM cannot support the authenticity, STORM will retrieve the product and then issue a refund, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

    • Unused (new condition),

    • Complete (with accessories, bundled items, etc),

    • Not damaged,

    • Tags and labels are intact


  1. STORM’s Authenticity Guarantee does not include transactions made on other platforms or stores using gift certificates, electronic gift certificates or digital promo codes that we distribute on STORM’s marketplace.  These platforms or stores will have their own after-sales policies, please confirm with them before you buy.
