To claim a valid return or exchange according to our Return Policy, we need to accomplish an Incident Report.  

We will respond within 24 hours during our normal support hours from 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday (except holidays).

1. Fill out the Incident Report Form found below and email us the filled up form with the subject "Incident Report" at 
your dedicated support email [companyname]  

2. Include a photo or video of the damage, defect, wrong item delivered or feature that is not as advertised.  Failure to provide complete information will result in delays in resolution.
