You will receive all your vouchers through your registered e-mail account. For items that ask for your email address upon ordering, you may expect to receive your voucher in the email address you have entered. If you have not received it within 7-10 working days, please check your spam/junk folder.  

You may also download your voucher through the website. Just open the "My Orders" page in the store by clicking the icon found in the upper right part of the page. 

After opening the page, you should see a "My Vouchers" tab on the left side of the page. Here you will see all the vouchers for your ordered items.

If the voucher is not in your spam folder or the "My Vouchers" page, send us an email at your dedicated support email [companyname] to follow it up. Please include the following details when following up for a faster response:
