• Payment Received - Your payment has been deducted from your wallet. You may still cancel your order within the 24 hours.

  • Ordered from Supplier - This means that we have sent a Purchase Order to our partner merchant. They typically confirm your order with us within 3-5 working days. 

  • Confirmed by Supplier -This means that our partner merchant has approved the Purchase Order we sent them for your order. For Merchant Branch Pickup / Branch Service Redemption we will be able to send out your voucher to you within 1-2 days. For physical products for delivery, merchants usually deliver to us within 5 working days from their confirmation. 

  • Received by STORM - Your order is with STORM already. It will be sent out through our logistics partners in the next 1-2 working days. If your item is for Office Delivery, it will be included in the next scheduled office delivery.

  • With Shipping Partner - This means that we have dispatched your order, and your order will be delivered shortly. Please expect delivery within the following lead times. For NCR addresses, expect it delivered within 1 day. For other Luzon addresses, expect it delivered within 4 days. For Visayas addresses, expect delivery within 5 days. For Mindanao addresses, expect delivery within 7 days. Delivery lead time is based on serviceable areas; remote areas or those outside city limits will require additional time. We may encounter issues if your address is out of delivery area, or if our logistics partners cannot locate your address. If these arise, we will contact you as soon as we know of the issue. 

  • Delivered - Your order has already been delivered and is considered completed.

  • Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled and will not be pushing through. The points are returned to your STORM account.
